DESCRIPTION
Modeled after warm, open-grained travertine – the same stone the Colosseum was built from – Modanella brings quarried character without the upkeep. A smooth satin finish keeps the surface soft and low-sheen, while fine texture sprayed on during glazing adds subtle tactile grain underfoot. Rectified edges allow for tight, minimal grout lines, and at 24×48, long runs of vein carry across the floor so the installation reads as slab rather than tile. Available in two colorways, both delivering a quarried look with none of the sealing or etching natural stone requires.
